If i send a sample homepage, can you make it look like that?

Yes, we can make your homepage look like the sample you send. However, there will be a one-time additional charge based on the complexity of the design.

For inventory pano process if I need to add new product, new photos, stocks etc.?

You will have an admin dashboard, so you have full control of you products, orders, discounts, inventory, shipping rates

After the site is created, can we update the homepage images, titles, text color, and button color?

Yes, you can update the homepage images, titles, text color, and button color. For now, the process is manual — you’ll need to email us the changes you want. But soon, you’ll have full control to update these on your own.

Is a domain included in your plan?

No, We only offer free subdomain. However, we can assist you in purchasing a domain for your website. The cost typically ranges from ₱200 to ₱1,000 per year, depending on your chosen website name and domain extension.

I have an existing domain — can we use it?

Yes, as long as you have full control of your domain. We’ll guide you through the process of connecting your existing domain to your new website.

If we encounter an issue with our website, will you fix it?

Yes, Just email us your issue and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible. Rest assured, we will also provide a one-time reduction on your monthly fee as compensation for the inconvenience.

Do we need a business permit to start building our website?

No, as long as you follow our terms of service and are not engaging in any illegal activities on your website.

Can we change templates in the future?

Yes, but we will charge ₱500 for changing the template

Can we change our subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime
